The Victor Four flag was made in 1968 while the Company was stationed at Terendak Garrison, Malacca, Malaysia.

During our Tour of Duty in Vietnam, the flag was raised and lowered daily at the Company Headquarters in Nui Dat.

This ceremony was conducted regardless of whether the Company were on operations during the 320 days that V4 was in the field or back at base.

The Flag was paraded at the front of the V4 contingent during the march through Wellington on “Parade 98” in 1998.

Members of V4 presented the flag to the National Army Museum at Waiouru in 2004 (see RTNZ section).

A replica flag was made and is paraded at various reunions and special gatherings.

The original flag is pictured in 3 of the following group photos.
